By accessing or using DocuStitch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the tool immediately.

1. Description of Service

DocuStitch provides a browser-based utility for merging, splitting, and organizing document files (PDFs and Images). This service is provided free of chargeand utilizes client-side processing technology (WebAssembly) to ensure privacy.

2. User Responsibilities & Data

You retain full ownership of any documents you process using the tool. However, by using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to modify and merge the files provided.
• The files do not contain malware, viruses, or illegal content.
• You understand that processing happens locally; DocuStitch does not back up or store your documents.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DocuStitch, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or missed application deadlinesarising out of the use or inability to use the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the underlying WebAssembly logic.
• Use automated bots or scripts to generate excessive traffic to the site.
• Bypass or attempt to disable the advertisement units served on the platform.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the hosting or security of the site.

6. Intellectual Property

The UI, branding, logos, and custom code of DocuStitch are the exclusive property of the site owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tool for personal or commercial document management.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
