Privacy policy

Privacy policy for local PDF workflows.

DocuStitch is designed so supported PDF tools process files in the browser session. This policy explains what we do not collect, what analytics we use, and how ad consent works.

Document contents

For supported local workflows, your selected documents are processed in your browser session. We do not receive, store, read, or sell the contents of those files.

Files are accessed through the browser file picker and exported as downloads you initiate.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visits, page performance, and tool usage. We configure analytics for privacy-safe measurement and do not send document contents, filenames, or extracted PDF text.

Visitor counting

We measure basic site traffic so we can understand whether pages work and which tools need improvement. Ad storage and personalization are controlled separately through consent.

Advertising and consent

We may use Google AdSense to support the free toolset. Ad storage, ad user data, and personalization signals are gated by the consent banner where required.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google’s ad settings and your browser privacy controls.

Information we do not collect

  • PDF text, images, pages, filenames, or metadata from your documents.
  • Copies of processed outputs.
  • Passwords used to unlock or protect files.
  • Hidden document data such as annotations or embedded files.

Your choices

You can clear local site data from your browser, use private browsing, block analytics through browser settings or extensions, and choose not to opt into ad personalization.
